Before you plan anything

Event dates, venues and formats can change, and calendar sites sometimes lag behind the organizers. Always confirm the details on the official event website before you book travel or buy a ticket. If you cannot attend in person, check whether the organizers publish talks or recordings afterwards, since many do.
